Return Policy

Our Returns Policy allows for returns within 90 days from the date your order arrives at your address. As the buyer, you're responsible for returning the product(s) to us for assessment, repair, or exchange, including covering the return shipping costs. Please note that the original priority shipping fees and any additional warranty purchased with your order are non-refundable.

Please take note of the following when returning an item:

  • Returning orders to an address other than our official return address, or without including the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Personal drop-offs are strictly prohibited and may result in the refusal of a refund or delays in processing.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or are no longer sealed. To proceed with a return for a refund, please submit a photo of the sealed product to our support team.

Additional Note: All returns will be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense, including customs fees.
